Complete installation of low voltage Electrical network including undergrounds, connection from 2 substations, switchboards and distribution boards for all tenancies, house power and lighting, carpark lighting, NBN pathways, Data/Communications, CCTV and Security.
Internal fitout of Coles, Liquorland, Neighbourhood Centre and Childcare Centre.
DIRECT FREIGHT EXPRESS WAREHOUSE

Design and construct project for a new industrial distribution centre, including 27,000sqm warehouse, truck wash bay, sleeping quarters, offices, gatehouse and carpark.
Intec was responsible for the complete Electrical and Data installation including underground services, new Main switchboard and distribution boards, consumer mains, power supplies for industrial machinery and all general power, lighting and data services.
COLES SUPERMARKET FITOUT
Marsden Park
Electrical Fitout of new Coles Supermarket and Liquorland store within a 12 week timeframe.
Installation of all Electrical services throughout the supermarket floor, front registers, back of house, loading dock, click and collect area, bakery, deli and Liquorland store.
Supply and installation of Main Distribution board and all DBs, backup generator, UPS system, Zoneworks emergency lighting system, MATV system, mobile phone signal booster and all general power and lighting throughout.
